Leading restaurant managers and staff, you will align procurement, safety compliance, and performance reporting with the board's expectations for sustainable growth and a strong brand presence.

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant outlets, ensuring smooth business operations, efficient workflows, and consistent service quality.
• Develop and implement SOPs and service standards to maintain consistency across all outlets.
• Monitor performance, sales, costs, and profitability, and drive efficiency improvements.
• Supervise restaurant managers and staff, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure quality, preparation, presentation, and serving standards of Bak Kut Teh and menu items.
• Manage procurement, supplier relationships, inventory, and wastage to control costs.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and licensing requirements.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation.
• Evaluate opportunities for new outlets, menu development, and business expansion.
• Prepare operational and financial reports and recommendations for directors.
