Job summary

• Formulate, develop and implement a comprehensive channels acquisition strategy for credit cards and personal loans across digital, offline and telesales.
• Manage end-to-end customer acquisition from leads generation to onboarding with internal and external parties.
• Coordinate with Card Schemes and product managers to oversee budgets, reporting and tracking.
• Lead telesales team and foster a culture of excellence, performance and customer-centricity.
• Develop business strategies for segment cards and drive cross-selling opportunities.
