Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering and 8–10 years in hotel/engineering project management.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Based in Singapore and willing to travel extensively.
• Prior hotel engineering operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical standards and asset performance across the portfolio.
• Guide capital planning and long-term asset optimisation.
• Review designs and ensure compliance with branding and codes.
• Coordinate MEP design, testing, and project handovers.
• Support ESG and energy efficiency strategies in projects.
• Liaise with owners and consultants on project development.
