Job summary

gateway search is seeking an experienced Director, Mechanical Engineering to join its Singapore team to lead the design and delivery of major building services projects.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor and develop engineering teams, manage clients, consultants and project stakeholders, and support business development and project pursuits. A PE in Singapore and strong ACMV expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in mechanical building services consulting.
• Strong expertise in ACMV systems, including Chilled Water Systems, AHU, FCU, VAV, and Ventilation Systems; Fire Protection systems; and Plumbing & Sanitary systems.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore codes, regulations, and authority submissions.
• Experience managing engineering teams and client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Singapore-registered Professional Engineer (PE).
