CHIRAG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Business Development leader to drive growth. You will craft strategic plans, build key partnerships, and steer high-value proposals to closure, collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams.

The role requires 7–10 years in BD or sales, strong leadership, and data-driven decision making. Travel as needed, cross-functional teamwork, and adherence to compliance are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent master's degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets with senior-level client engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value contracts.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Monitor business development performance and prepare management reports.
• Mentor and guide junior business development team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
