Job summary

The successful candidate will develop and execute growth plans, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations and internal policies.

• Proven experience in business management and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short-, medium- and long-term business strategies and growth plans.
• Identify and develop new markets, business opportunities, potential clients and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners, understand their requirements and develop opportunities for long-term cooperation.
• Lead and manage the team, set performance objectives and provide guidance to improve productivity and overall business performance.
• Oversee daily business operations and improve internal processes, operational efficiency and cost control.
• Monitor business performance, budgets, cash flow, expenses and overall P&L.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and business performance to identify opportunities for further growth.
• Represent the company in key client meetings, business negotiations and external collaborations.
• Ensure business activities comply with applicable Singapore regulations and internal company policies.
