Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the overall operations and strategic direction of the company.
• Develop and implement business strategies, operational plans and company policies.
• Manage the company’s human resource management and office administrative service operations.
• Oversee the delivery of HR and administrative services to clients on a fee or contract basis.
• Lead business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
• Review client requirements and develop appropriate HR and administrative service solutions.
• Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, employee administration and staff development within the company.
• Supervise employees and ensure effective allocation of duties, performance monitoring and operational productivity.
• Oversee office administration, documentation, records management, scheduling and general business support functions.
• Monitor company budgets, operating costs, revenue and financial performance in conjunction with relevant personnel or professional advisers.
• Establish internal procedures and controls to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure the company’s business activities comply with applicable Singapore laws, regulations and contractual requirements.
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate business performance and prepare management reports, budgets and business plans.
• Make management decisions relating to company operations, manpower, resources and business development.
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations and discussions with clients and business partners.
• Lead the company’s long-term growth, service development and operational improvement initiatives.
