Job summary

INGOLD PREMIER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Director to set strategic direction and oversee its management consultancy and business operations. The role leads business development, manages client relationships and monitors performance to meet financial and organisational goals.

The candidate will supervise operations, ensure compliance with Singaporean regulations, and drive growth across restaurant and other ventures where applicable, reporting to shareholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, business development and financial management.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple business functions and work independently.
• Good understanding of business operations, budgeting and performance management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
• Experience in management consultancy or food and beverage operations would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s overall business strategies and long‑term growth plans.
• Oversee the company’s management consultancy services and ensure the effective delivery of client projects.
• Identify clients’ business needs and develop suitable management and operational solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners and service providers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s client base.
• Oversee the company’s restaurant and other business operations, where applicable.
• Establish operational policies, service standards and internal control procedures.
• Monitor budgets, operating costs, revenue, profitability and overall business performance.
• Review financial and operational reports and take appropriate corrective action when required.
• Lead, supervise and evaluate management and operational employees.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore laws, regulations and company policies.
• Represent the company in negotiations, business meetings and discussions with external parties.
• Provide regular business and performance updates to the shareholders.
• Perform other duties relating to the strategic management of the company.
