Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in business management, corporate operations, management consultancy or business development.
• Experience in strategic planning and commercial decision-making.

• Sound understanding of financial management, budgeting, governance and operations.

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our business operations, develop strategic business plans, establish commercial partnerships and drive sustainable business growth in Singapore and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Develop and implement the company's overall business strategies, operational plans and long-term growth objectives.
2. 2. Oversee daily business operations, financial planning, budgeting and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and business sustainability.
3. 3. Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and international markets, including establishing strategic partnerships and expanding the company's client base.
4. 4. Lead the development and delivery of management consultancy and corporate support services to meet clients' business requirements.
5. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business partners and other key stakeholders.
6. 6. Manage business negotiations, commercial agreements and client projects, ensuring effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
7. 7. Establish and implement internal management policies, operational procedures and corporate governance practices.
8. 8. Monitor business performance, evaluate operational and financial risks, and implement appropriate business improvement measures.
9. 9. Represent the company in business meetings, client consultations and strategic partnership discussions.
10. 10. Ensure that the company's business activities comply with applicable Singapore laws, regulations and corporate requirements.

Job Requirements

1. 1. Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Management, Finance or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant professional experience.
2. 2. At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in business management, corporate operations, management consultancy or business development.
3. 3. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business operations and commercial decision-making.
4. 4. Strong leadership, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. 5. Sound understanding of financial management, budgeting, business operations and corporate governance.
6. 6. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
7. 7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple business priorities and lead strategic business initiatives.
8. 8. Experience in international business development and cross-border commercial operations will be an advantage.
