Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant management, leadership or business operations experience.
• Senior management or business management background is advantageous.
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, beauty or service industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve objectives and growth.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient processes.
• Lead, manage and develop management and operational teams.
• Set and monitor business, sales and operational targets.
• Review financial performance, budgets, costs and results.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategies to increase revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee recruitment, staff development and performance management.
• Establish and implement company policies, SOPs and internal processes.
• Ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer experience and business development teams.
