Job summary

Avani Singapore is seeking a Director of Finance to lead all pre-opening financial activities, governance, and reporting for a landmark hospitality project. You will work with owners, leadership, and external partners to establish strong financial foundations from day one.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in senior finance roles within hospitality, knowledge of SG accounting standards, and pre-opening project exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior finance leadership role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is strongly preferred, with exposure to financial set-up and OS&E.
