Job summary

Avani Singapore is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead the hotel's sales strategy during pre-opening and beyond. You will drive revenue growth, build relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, and event planners, and position Avani Singapore as a preferred destination across market segments.

As a member of the leadership team, you will recruit and develop a high-performing sales force, collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations, and manage budgets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role in hospitality.
• Pre-opening hotel experience preferred.
