Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking a Director of Environmental Health and Safety to lead EHS across all construction projects. You will drive compliance with OSHA, EPA, MOM, and ISO standards, shape safety culture, and deliver training and incident investigations.

Travel to multiple job sites and collaborate with project leaders to embed best practices. Frontline leadership, strategic planning, and a relentless focus on risk reduction will be essential to safeguard personnel and the environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field.
10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in construction.
CSP, CHST or similar designation preferred.
Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
Willingness to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic EHS plans across construction sites.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses with corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, MOM and ISO standards across projects.
Plan audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections aligned with ISO standards.
Develop and manage EHS training programs for staff and subcontractors.
Maintain safety metrics and report findings to leadership.
Coordinate emergency response drills and crisis management.
