Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Director of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across our construction projects.

This role ensures full compliance with OSHA, EPA, MOM and local regulations while embedding a culture of safety. You will partner with Project Directors and Site Superintendents to drive proactive safety programs, incident investigations, and training across multiple sites

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in the construction.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), CHST, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, EPA regulations, and construction safety.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic EHS plans across all construction sites.
• Lead implementation of EHS standards and minimum requirements for projects.
• Manage EHS plans from preconstruction through closeout with stakeholders.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and manage EHS training programs for staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Oversee environmental compliance including hazardous materials and waste disposal.
• Coordinate emergency drills and response planning.
