Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. seeks a Director, EHS Center of Excellence to establish and govern its global EHS framework across operations and construction.

You will lead certification programs (ISO 14001/45001), contractor governance, audits, and performance measurement to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. You will collaborate with regional teams, procurement, legal, and leadership to drive continuous improvement, risk management, and sustainable EHS practices at DayOne’s

Qualifications

• Graduate-level qualifications in health, safety, and environment; proven ability to lead governance and certification programs.
• Experience building and auditing ISO-based management systems across multiple regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern global EHS standards and frameworks (EHSMS) across regions.
• Lead ISO 14001, ISO 45001 implementation, audits, surveillance, and recertification.
• Oversee GC EHS governance, contractor qualification, and risk management practices.
• Develop global EHS capability, training, and competency frameworks.
• Drive incident learning, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare executive-level EHS performance reporting and benchmarking.
