Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) invites a senior leader to drive operational and marketing transformation for SUSS Academy, supporting growth, learner engagement and a scalable, AI-first operating model.

You will lead a hybrid team across operations and marketing, shape omnichannel strategies, manage performance, budget and partnerships, and ensure exceptional learner experiences across delivery modes.

Formación

• Senior leadership with 12–15 years of experience in operations and marketing.
• Proven success growing B2C channels and leading organisational change.
• Data-driven approach to performance and revenue growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational transformation: redesign workflows, AI-enabled processes, KPIs and service standards.
• Develop omnichannel B2C strategy to boost learner acquisition and engagement; collaborate with functions and external bodies.
• Lead Operations & Marketing teams; build capabilities in AI, CRM, lead conversion and learner advisory services.
• Improve end-to-end learner journey across delivery modes; use feedback to guide improvements.
• Partner on enrolment and revenue forecasts; manage operational P&L and marketing budget.
