Job summary

NTU Singapore seeks a Senior Assistant Manager to lead EdTech Enablement and AI enablement for teaching and learning. You will design and run workshops, coach academics, and develop AI-built learning assets.

You’ll also advise on course design and assessment, and oversee governance, communications, and measurement activities across InsPIRE and Educational Services. You will work hands-on across faculty enablement, AI content creation and communications, balancing technical enablement with

Qualifications

• Five+ years in educational technology, learning design or staff capability development.
• Hands-on work with generative AI applied to teaching, learning or content creation.
• Strong training, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate pedagogical needs into practical tech solutions.
• Excellent writing for internal communications and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Design and run hands-on workshops, clinics and onboarding sessions for academics.
• Advise on applying AI to course design, assessment and content while upholding integrity rules.
• Create AI-built learning assets, prompts, workflows and exemplars for sharing university-wide.
• Evaluate new EdTech tools and translate policy into practical guardrails for faculty.
• Plan communications to boost awareness and uptake of programmes across the university.
• Track participation and impact, using results to improve the next enablement cycle.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related discipline
