Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a sales-oriented banking professional to conduct consultative financial analyses and profiling sessions for Priority Clients. You will deepen client relationships through market updates on local and international products while supporting sales targets and promotional activities.

The role emphasizes client acquisition, effective presentation skills, AML compliance, and coordinating with branch teams to achieve growth in the Malaysia market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Retail Banking.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Strong understanding of financial products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions.
• Foster relationships with regular market updates on products.
• Draw up monthly plans with PB team/branch manager to meet sales targets.
• Participate in marketing activities for customer acquisition.
• Source and call on individual prospects.
• Provide quality after-sales service and retain clients.
• Organise sales presentations to groups and associations.
• Ensure compliance with AML procedures and regulatory controls.
