Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in asset management or portfolio management within real estate.
• Experience in government, statutory boards, REITs or institutional real estate is advantageous.
• Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA, MSc Real Estate) or professional certifications (CFA, CAIA, RICS) are a plus.
• Background in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute asset and portfolio strategies aligned with corporate objectives; oversee performance monitoring and returns analysis.
• Identify value-enhancement opportunities through repositioning, redevelopment, tenant mix optimisation, and lease restructuring.
• Establish and refresh a long-term building programme aligned with Singapore's objectives; manage funding and phasing.
• Lead lifecycle management from acquisition to redevelopment; set asset-level business plans and drive sustainability initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team; present portfolio insights to senior management and committees.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and drive adoption of data analytics and proptech to inform decisions.
