Job summary

JTC in Singapore seeks a senior planning professional to plan, source and manage land stock to support national development. You will review and develop land use policies, manage the land resource planning process, and perform geospatial analyses to guide strategies and tool development.

Collaborating with engineering, project management and policy teams, you will optimize land use, monitor supply, and drive productivity while ensuring a sustainable, long-term land strategy for industrial growth.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Economics, Business, Real Estate, Geography or related field.
• Geospatial analytics experience is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience leading a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, source and manage land stock to support Singapore's development.
• Review land use policies and propose new policies to improve land productivity.
• Oversee land resource planning, including land supply monitoring and lease top-ups.
• Conduct geospatial analyses to guide land planning and develop GIS tools.
• Collaborate with other divisions and agencies on master plans and land use matters.
