Job summary

PayPal in Singapore is seeking a Director to join the Go To Market team supporting International Markets. The role focuses on translating strategy into commercial action, cross-functional execution, and partnering with APAC leads to navigate investment trade-offs and deliver results.

You will work with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and other functions to drive revenue growth and market expansion while aligning pricing, FX, and architecture decisions to enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in consulting, investment banking, or tech preferred.
• Strong executive presence and ability to lead discussions with senior cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and market expansion through strategic partnerships and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations with external partners and coordinate cross-functional support for large, complex partnerships.
• Develop and execute a business strategy to identify partnerships and drive global expansion.
• Align product and business levers (pricing, FX) to maximize revenue and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams to guide technical implementation.
