Cambridge Associates LLC. is seeking a Fund Solutions Director to lead the fund accounting, tax oversight, financial reporting, governance, and service-provider management for Singapore fund structures.

The role emphasizes strong controls, accurate NAV/investor reporting, and compliance with Singapore VCC and related regulations. The Director will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Tax, auditors, custodians, administrators, and senior leadership to oversee operations, support new product

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting, fund operations, tax, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore VCC structures and hedge fund/private investment operations.
• Experience with NAV oversight, capital activity, liquidity management, and investor reporting.
• Experience managing third-party administrators, custodians, auditors, and tax providers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting, operations, and governance for Singapore VCCs and related fund vehicles.
• Oversee NAV reviews, capital activity, expense accruals, fee calculations, and investor allocations.
• Review and approve management fees, incentive fees, carried interest, and other complex allocations.
• Oversee fund tax processes, investor tax reporting, and coordination with external tax providers.
• Manage fund administrator, custodian, auditor, tax adviser, and other service providers to service standards and deadlines.
• Review financial statements and audit schedules ensuring compliance with Singapore FRS (IFRS as applicable).
• Ensure capital calls, distributions, transfers, subscriptions, redemptions, and investor reporting are accurate.
