Digital Edge Data Center, based in Singapore, seeks a Director of Compensation and Benefits to own the analytical foundation behind pay, grading, and rewards globally. You will benchmark salaries, analyze total target compensation, and govern job evaluation and architecture with a consistent methodology across countries and functions.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, The Director, Compensation and Benefits owns the analytical foundation behind how Digital Edge pays, grades and rewards its people on a global basis. It covers salary benchmarking, total target compensation analysis, job evaluation and job architecture, and the governance around the annual compensation cycle. This is a hands‑on analytical role, requiring someone who can build the models, interrogate the data and translate the output into recommendations that leadership can act on.
This role will be based in Singapore.
Actively champion and implement the organization’s policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements.
