Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Director, Regional Leasing Advisory - Industrial & Logistics to lead multinational client relationships and regional leases across APAC. You will manage a high-profile portfolio, drive strategic growth and improve delivery models in a dynamic market.

Experience managing multinational industrial/logistics clients in APAC.
Strong business development and proposal leadership across regions.
Proven ability to win and scale regional mandates in I&L real estate.

Responsabilités

Serve as the primary regional contact for 10+ multinational industrial/logistics clients with portfolios across APAC.
Oversee 20+ active leasing transactions annually – including renewals, relocations, build-to-suits, and leases for warehouse, distribution, and logistics facilities.
Lead local and cross-border pitch teams, crafting proposals, pricing models, and materials for I&L occupier needs.
Collaborate with CS/TM to design scalable, cost-efficient delivery models for regional mandates.
Identify and resolve complex technical, legal, or operational challenges in industrial lease structures.
Maintain alignment with CRE stakeholders and external clients through structured communication.
