Job summary

Qualifications

Fluent English required for regional stakeholders engagement and presentations.
Deep knowledge of APAC industrial & logistics markets and lease structures.
Experience managing multinational occupier portfolios and cross-market teams.
Strong financial modelling and analytics to support client decisions.
Proven ability to craft compelling proposals and win regional mandates.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of multinational industrial/logistics clients across APAC.
Oversee 20+ active leasing transactions annually including renewals and new deals.
Lead cross-border pitch teams and tailor proposals and pricing models.
Collaborate with CS/TM to design scalable delivery models for regional mandates.
Identify and resolve complex technical, legal, or operational lease challenges.
Maintain alignment with CRE stakeholders and external clients through structured communication.
