Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Director, Regional Leasing Advisory – Industrial & Logistics in Singapore. You will lead a regional portfolio of multinational occupiers, directing strategy, renewals, expansions, and market entries across APAC.

You will drive client solutions, collaborate with global teams, and steward a cross-market advisory platform to deliver optimized industrial & logistics real estate outcomes for top clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate with exclusive focus on industrial & logistics leasing.
• Experience managing multi-market industrial portfolios across APAC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Deep understanding of industrial lease structures and market dynamics across APAC.
• Strong financial and analytical skills for occupancy costs and location comparisons.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MarketLink and iDesk.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional Asian languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary regional contact for 10+ multinational industrial/logistics clients with portfolios across APAC.
• Oversee 20+ active leasing transactions annually, including renewals and relocations.
• Lead local and cross-border pitch teams, crafting proposals and pricing models for I&L needs.
• Collaborate with CS/TM to design scalable, cost-efficient delivery models for regional mandates.
• Identify and resolve complex lease structure challenges (to include fit-out, ESG clauses).
• Maintain alignment with CRE stakeholders and clients through structured communication protocols.
• Track KPIs and contribute to growth of APAC I&L Leasing Advisory platform.
• Lead end-to-end responses to regional RFPs with defined scope and delivery approach.
• Build relationships with global CRE leaders and procurement teams to position JLL as advisor of choice.
• Represent JLL at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
