Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience in delivery roles
• 15+ years in product/project delivery with 5+ years leading teams
• Deep understanding of digital payments and agile frameworks
• Strong technical aptitude to translate complex concepts into business solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service experience for new products and solutions
• Design scalable implementation and operating models for AP region
• Drive service readiness across Client Services with playbooks and training
• Manage a team delivering multiple Visa products and initiatives
• Serve as SME for assigned portfolios and address complex challenges
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
