Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is strengthening Singapore's financial AI ecosystem through strategic partnerships, industry engagement and ecosystem initiatives. This role involves working with financial institutions, AI firms, FinTechs, technology providers, academia and public-sector partners to identify collaboration opportunities and support AI capability growth in financial services.

You will help shape initiatives that enable responsible AI adoption, engage key ecosystem

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business development within financial services, technology or public sector
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships and translate strategies into executable outcomes
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, industry developments and emerging AI business models, with the ability to assess their implications for financial services
• Strong awareness of opportunities and challenges relating to AI adoption, including issues relating to governance, safety, trust and deployment
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments whilst managing multiple competing priorities and responding with agility to changing stakeholder needs and market developments
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders ranging from technical experts to C-suite executives
• Strong writing skills, with experience preparing policy papers and presentations
• Self-motivated individual with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to deliver meaningful impact

Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Development: Develop strategies and initiatives that strengthen Singapore's financial AI ecosystem and support AI innovation in financial services
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage partnerships with financial institutions, AI firms, FinTechs, technology providers, academia and public-sector agencies
• Industry Engagement: Engage ecosystem participants to identify opportunities, address industry challenges and drive collective action on AI adoption
• Programme Management and Execution: Drive strategic initiatives from concept to implementation, coordinating stakeholders and delivering measurable industry outcomes
