Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a strategic policy professional to coordinate MAS’ secretariat activities for the National AI Council (NAIC). The role focuses on shaping and coordinating AI initiatives that support Singapore’s national AI priorities for the financial sector, collaborating with government, industry, academia and technology partners to translate policy into impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, policy development or public-sector programme management.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives and translate priorities into workplans.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for policy papers and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MAS' participation in NAIC and inter-agency platforms.
• Support senior management engagements and track commitments.
• Drive follow-up on national AI priorities and ensure action on AI initiatives.
• Develop workplans, monitor progress across workstreams and resolve issues.
• Prepare briefing materials and support secretariat activities for strategic AI programs.
