Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Finance (FOB) based in Singapore to lead the enterprise product-cost finance agenda and partner with Brand Finance, Product Supply and senior leadership to drive margin outcomes.

You will set governance for Target FOB, benchmarks, and a scalable AI-enabled costing roadmap, while coaching the Product Cost Finance team and delivering transparent financial analysis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in product cost, gross margin, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Experience leading and developing a finance team with accountability for outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with concise, decision-focused financial narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise Target FOB framework, governance, data requirements and connections to planning and milestones.
• Lead product-cost benchmark methodology by product subcategory and MSRP with governance.
• Lead the AI-enabled costing roadmap, translating finance requirements into scalable analytics and decisions.
• Facilitate cost-governance reviews, assessing compliance, BOM gaps, savings actions, tariff exposure and margin risks.
• Coach and develop the Brand-aligned Product Cost Finance team and maintain an inclusive operating rhythm.
