Job summary
VF Brands in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Supply Digital Engineering to lead technology teams delivering end-to-end digital solutions across the product supply organization. The role drives AI, automation, data & analytics, and ERP initiatives to make VF's supply chain smarter, faster, and more resilient.

Qualifications
- 15+ years in product supply digital transformation or operations technology.
- 10+ years leading sizeable development teams across ERP,A I/data engineers, and integration developers.
- Fluent English and strong stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Define the digital transformation roadmap for APAC supply chain operations, spanning AI, automation, data, integration, and ERP domains.
- Lead design and delivery of AI-powered solutions for supply chain use cases (demand forecasting, inventory optimization, quality inspection).
- Oversee data platforms, data pipelines, warehouses, and real-time analytics dashboards.
- Lead ERP implementation, enhancement, and integration with WMS/TMS and supplier portals.
- Establish agile processes, DevOps practices, and governance across Product Supply Digital workstreams.
