• Deep expertise across material categories, with the ability to connect technical knowledge, portfolio strategy, commercial value, sustainability, and supply considerations.
• Proven experience shaping enterprise material, category, portfolio, innovation, or supplier strategies in a complex global organization.
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with demonstrated success converting leverage opportunities into measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise material portfolio strategy across categories, linking brand needs, product requirements, commercial priorities, sustainability, and supply capabilities.
• Establish supply strategy frameworks for strategic material platforms, including supplier segmentation, capability mapping, capacity readiness, cost positioning, regional considerations, and scalability requirements.
• Establish and maintain the Singapore Material Experience Center and enable regional centers as spaces for material inspiration, supplier storytelling, innovation, and strategic portfolio engagement.
• Partner with technology and data teams to strengthen the digital material ecosystem and create simple, scalable user experiences.
