Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Lead AI Platform Architect to own the architecture, strategy, and roadmaps for Singtel's enterprise AI platform including CAK. You will govern patterns, guardrails and reusable components while guiding AI lifecycle, security and platform upgrades across the organisation.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure and enterprise-ready AI capabilities that accelerate innovation and business value.

Qualifications

• Strong background in enterprise platform architecture and distributed systems.
• At least 10 years in enterprise/solution architecture roles.
• Minimum 3 years designing AI/Generative AI platforms in enterprise.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps, standards and reusable platform assets.
• Experience presenting to senior management and governance boards.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise AI platform architecture and roadmap for CAK or equivalent platforms.
• Establish reusable AI platform capabilities, principles and technical frameworks.
• Evaluate models and governance strategies for enterprise use cases.
• Lead PoCs, tech evaluations and pilots for emerging AI technologies.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity and governance teams.
• Provide architectural direction to AI Platform Engineering and Operations teams.
• Ensure security, privacy and Responsible AI are embedded in design.
• Mentor architects and engineers to raise architecture excellence.
