Job summary

BIZLINK SPEEDY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a senior strategy professional to lead cross-functional strategic projects, drive operational efficiency and shape business excellence.

You will analyse markets, identify growth opportunities, support investment initiatives and assist the Board with governance, while coordinating management communications and ensuring disciplined execution.

• Support the Board of Directors through preparation of board papers, agendas, meeting coordination and follow-up on key action items.
• Monitor corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate communication among management to ensure effective execution of strategic decisions.
• Representative at key meetings, gathering insights and providing concise briefings and recommendations to support decision‑making.
• Manage ad-hoc strategic initiatives and special assignments with a high degree of discretion, autonomy and accountability.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, management consulting or a related field, preferably in a multinational or global corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management, C-suite executives, Board members, and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects, navigate organizational structures and drive execution across multiple departments.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, business development, investments and financial analysis will be an advantage.
• High level of integrity, discretion, initiative, adaptability and independence, particularly when handling confidential and high-priority matters.
