• Manages and motivates the sales team. This involves providing guidance and support, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing training programs to enhance the team's selling skills.
• A Sales Director must continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance.
• The Sales Director is critical in coordinating with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
• Maintaining regulatory records and paperwork
• Developing goals and initiatives to direct the company’s course
• Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
• Prepare and present reports when needed
