SOUP RESTAURANT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated trainer to help train persons with disabilities in dim sum production and supervise their daily work at our central kitchen in Enabling Village, helping each trainee become a confident, productive, and independent team member.

You will co-facilitate on-the-job training, prepare visual SOPs, track progress, and liaise with SG Enable and partner agencies. A Diploma in Community and Social Services and English proficiency are preferred.

Qualificações

• Diploma with 1–3 years in social services, special education, job coaching or F&B.
• Diploma in Community and Social Services preferred; job coaching training is a plus.
• Experience supporting persons with special needs, including managing meltdowns.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a commercial kitchen; F&B or food production experience is a plus.
• WSQ FSC Level 1 or willing to obtain before starting or during employment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Co-facilitate on-the-job training with the Lead Trainer, breaking tasks into simple steps, demonstrating and coaching trainees.
• Plan daily production with the kitchen team and assign tasks matched to each staff member’s strengths.
• Supervise PWD staff during production and ensure food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Maintain rosters, attendance, training and records; coordinate with caregivers and partner agencies.
• Support community programmes run from the kitchen and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
