Job summary

TALENT ACE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is recruiting a Sous Chef specializing in Dim Sum to support the kitchen team in delivering high‑quality dishes and upholding exacting food standards in a fast‑paced fine dining setting.

You will lead the Dim Sum kitchen, supervise the team, oversee production, ensure consistent taste and presentation, and assist the Head Chef in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dim Sum Chef or Sous Chef.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese Dim Sum.
• Able to work in a fast-paced fine dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Dim Sum kitchen team.
• Prepare and oversee the production of quality dim sum dishes.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste and presentation.
• Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
