Aufgaben

• Preparation of various pastry & dim sum.
• Ensure all dishes meet established standards for quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Assist in the creation of new dim sum menu items based on seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving kitchen supplies as needed.
• Follow proper portion control and minimize waste.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior from time to time.
