Job summary

Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) invites a role within the Digital Leaders Programme Office (DLPO) to drive Singapore’s Digital Leaders initiative. You will partner with enterprises across sectors to chart digital roadmaps, mobilise IMDA resources, and build capabilities through advisory, tech discovery, and peer-learning platforms.

You will engage a broad ecosystem of government agencies, industry groups, academies, and tech partners to accelerate transformation, measure outcomes,

Qualifications

• Suitable educational qualification in related field such as Marketing, Information Technology, Business Technology, or related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Possess business acumen and ability to understand business models, workflows and operational challenges and translate them into technology-enabled transformation opportunities.
• Working knowledge of AI, data and emerging technologies, with the ability to discuss use cases and business applications.
• Proven to be analytical, methodical, process oriented, organised, and proactive self-starter; Able to function with ambiguity, visualise outcomes and provide clarity for the stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage local enterprises with ambition to grow as Digital Leaders in Singapore and chart digital roadmaps aligned to their business needs.
• Develop and implement interventions such as capability-building initiatives, tech discovery, advisory engagements and peer-learning platforms.
• Drive efforts to create a vibrant Digital Leaders business community by managing an ecosystem of partners.
• Administer and deliver digital initiatives, track targets, grants and budgets, and assess transformation outcomes.
