Job summary

IMDA's Digital Transformation Cluster in Singapore seeks a passionate professional to lead Digital Leaders initiatives. You will identify enterprises, chart roadmaps, and mobilise resources with DLPO to accelerate technology adoption across sectors.

You will develop interventions, coordinate with partners, and manage programme targets and budgets, delivering measurable outcomes and value to the innovation ecosystem in Singapore.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in enterprise account management, digital transformation, or technology industries.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business models into technology-enabled opportunities.
• Working knowledge of AI, data and emerging technologies with ability to discuss use cases.
• Analytical, methodical, organised, and proactive with ability to provide clarity for stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage local enterprises with potential to grow as Digital Leaders in Singapore.
• Develop interventions such as capability-building, tech discovery, advisory engagements, and peer-learning platforms.
• Build a vibrant Digital Leaders community by coordinating with government agencies, industry bodies, and partners.
• Administer digital initiatives, track targets and budgets, and propose enhancements based on outcomes.
