Zusammenfassung

Tan Tock Seng Hospital seeks a Programme and Project Manager within the Technology Strategic Planning and Integration team to drive digital transformation across the organisation. You will oversee both programme-level initiatives and individual projects under the Hospital without Walls (HoW2.0) strategy.

You will work with diverse stakeholders including MOH, Synapxe, NHG, vendors, and legal/IT/procurement teams. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential in this dynamic role.

Qualifikationen

• 7 years of working experience in project management, innovation management and business transformation through technology.
• Dynamic and self-motivated in fluid, fast-paced environments.
• Experience in healthcare administration or Healthcare IT would be an advantage.
• Digital Project Management experience and certifications would be an advantage.
• Ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building skills to establish rapport quickly.
• Up-to-date knowledge of IT innovations and applications in organizations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (presentation, verbal, written, listening).
• Ability to multi-task and work well independently and as a team.

Aufgaben

• Work directly with project owner for overall project management, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of milestones.
• Track project progress, outcomes, impact, and budgets using project management tools and methodologies.
• Prepare approval papers and agreements.
• Deliver comprehensive project reports to stakeholders and grantors.
• Navigate the digital innovation journey with key stakeholders and agencies.
• Manage knowledge management registry to capture lessons learned.
• Oversee HoW2.0 journey progress, outcomes, and budget utilisation to the Digital Transformation Council.
• Consolidate progress and budget reports for senior management and grant bodies.
• Plan pre-budget exercises, facilitate project reviews, and support DTC Secretariat duties.
• Facilitate funding proposals and monitor program impact and opportunities for scaling.
