Job summary

REVAMP HAIR (S) PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Digital Transformation Executive to coordinate enterprise initiatives, including AI-powered solutions and ERP migrations to Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will partner with senior management and technology partners to deliver strategic programmes that improve processes and enable data-driven decision making.

You will gather requirements, drive BI reporting with Power BI, and ensure successful adoption through training and clear SOPs, contributing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years in digital transformation, ERP implementation, or technology consulting.
• Experience with software vendors or implementation partners is a plus.
• Exposure to Dynamics NAV/Business Central or similar ERP, CRM, or BI tools is preferred.
• Basic understanding of system integration, APIs, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of digital transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.

• Gather business requirements and work with stakeholders to propose practical tech solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.

• Assist in the implementation of the Company's AI Digital Transformation Programme and ERP migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Gather business requirements and work with stakeholders to recommend practical technology solutions.

• Coordinate with software vendors, system integrators, and project partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Manage project schedules, documentation, testing (UAT), deployment, issue tracking, and user adoption.

• Support system integrations across ERP, CRM, POS, e-commerce platforms, AI applications, and other business systems.

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and digital solutions.

• Support dashboard reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence initiatives using Power BI and other reporting tools.

• Prepare user guides, SOPs, training materials, and change management communications to ensure successful system adoption.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 2-4 years of experiencein digital transformation, ERP implementation, business systems, IT project coordination, or technology consulting.

• Experience working with software vendors, implementation partners, or outsourced development teams will be an advantage.

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or enterprise applications is preferred.

• Basic understanding of system integration, APIs, Microsoft 365, Power BI, cloud technologies, or AI-enabled business solutions is an advantage.

• Strong project coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
