Job summary

GMP RECRUITMENT SERVICES (S) PTE LTD is seeking a senior digital transformation specialist in Singapore to partner with stakeholders, design AI-powered automation, and deliver end-to-end projects.

You will work on internal applications, APIs, databases, and automation platforms, collaborating with regional teams to ensure scalable and reliable systems with strong user adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business application development, automation, or digital transformation, with experience leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and propose automation solutions using AI, RPA, and business applications.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain internal business applications, APIs, backend services, and databases.
• Implement AI-powered and intelligent automation solutions using tools such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and UiPath.
• Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, UAT, and post-implementation review.
• Collaborate with regional teams and headquarters to implement digital initiatives and align local business needs with regional strategies.
• Provide application support, maintain technical documentation, deliver user training, and continuously improve systems and business processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or PHP, with strong SQL skills and REST API integration experience.




• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) and Generative AI technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder).




• Proven track record of delivering digital transformation projects that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and achieve successful user adoption.




• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and application support skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and reliable system performance.
