Job summary

ASIA PACIFIC BREWERIES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Business Partner - Data & AI to drive data, analytics, AI and digital tech adoption across the organization. You will partner with Commercial, Supply Chain and Corporate Functions to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions.

The role focuses on analytics, cloud data platforms, and emerging AI technologies while also supporting broader digital transformation and process automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Business are advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Applied Data Science, Data Engineering, AI Solutions, Digital Transformation, Business Technology or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders to identify problems and deliver technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Experience working in Agile or similar project delivery environments is preferred.

We are seeking a proactive, business-oriented Business Partner - Data & AI to drive the adoption of data, analytics, Artificial Intelligence and digital technologies across the organization.

This role partners closely with Commercial, Supply Chain and Corporate Functions to understand business priorities, identify opportunities for improvement, translate business challenges into technology solutions, and work with regional technology, data engineering and AI teams to deliver scalable solutions.

While Data & AI will be a key focus , the role will also support broader digital transformation, process improvement, automation and business technology initiatives based on evolving business priorities.

The ideal candidate combines strng business acumen with practical knowledge of data analytics, modern cloud data platforms and emerging AI technologies , together with the curiosity and adaptability to work across a broader technology landscape.

This role is suited to an individual with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys solving business problems using data and technology and is looking to grow into a strategic business technology role.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain and Corporate Functions to understand business priorities, challenges and opportunities where data, AI, digital solutions and technology can improve business performance.
• Translate business requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities where analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, automation and emerging technologies can improve business outcomes.
• Work closely with regional technology, data engineering, analytics and AI teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.
• Support the implementation of dashboards, self-service analytics, data products, AI use cases and digital solutions.
• Support broader business technology and digital transformation initiatives where required, including process digitization, automation, system integration and improvement of existing business applications.
• Develop business cases, define success metrics and measure business value from technology initiatives.
• Coordinate solution design, testing, user acceptance, deployment and post-implementation activities.
• Manage multiple initiatives and priorities concurrently, working across business and technology teams.
• Drive user adoption through stakeholder engagement, communication, change management and training.
• Promote high standards of data governance, data quality and business ownership of data assets.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend practical applications relevant to the business.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, digital adoption and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Business are advantageous.
• Relevant professional certifications or practical experience in data, analytics, AI or digital technologies will be viewed favorably.
• 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Applied Data Science, Data Engineering, AI Solutions, Digital Transformation, Business Technology or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders to identify problems and deliver technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Experience working in Agile or similar project delivery environments is preferred.
