Job summary

AMT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Digital Transformation Executive who will drive practical digital solutions across functions.

You’ll identify processes to digitize, automate and visualize data, and turn ideas into actions that improve productivity and decision-making. This is ideal for fresh graduates with a curiosity for tech and a hands-on, ownership mindset. Work across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance, building dashboards and supporting end-to-end project

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Exposure to Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Power Platform or RPA is a plus.
• Strong interest in automation, data, AI and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to digitize, automate and simplify processes.
• Work with users to understand challenges and translate them into solutions.
• Build and improve dashboards, reports and data visualizations.
• Support automation and digital projects using tools such as Power Platform, RPA, SQL and scripting.
• Participate in the full project journey - requirements → development → UAT → rollout → user adoption.
• Track results and see how your solutions improve productivity, visibility and decision-making.
• Work across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions.
• Explore new technologies and help identify where they can create real business value.
