• Lead change management and digital adoption for the One Corporate Portal.
• Develop and deliver training, user guides and communications.
• Coordinate operational readiness across Legal, Procurement, Risk & Compliance and Global Business Services (GBS).
• Engage stakeholders to address adoption challenges and ensure smooth implementation.
• Track adoption metrics, compliance and service-level performance.
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing manual requests and increasing self-service adoption.
