PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Digital Adoption & Change Manager for a 12-month contract in Singapore.

You will lead the adoption of our One Corporate Portal, guiding employees and suppliers from manual processes to seamless digital self-service solutions. You will drive change management, develop training and communications, ensure operational readiness for new digital solutions, promote self-service and automated workflows, monitor adoption, and collaborate with Legal, Procurement,

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Communications Management and Innovation or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, User Adoption, or Project Management.
• Proven experience driving adoption of new systems and digital solutions.

Job requirements :

• Proven experience driving adoption of new systems and digital solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and training skills.
• Experience in driving organizational change and user adoption of new systems is preferred.
• Ability to analyze adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Salary Range : $6,000.00 – $8,000.00
