CLaaS2SaaS is a Pan-Asia digital learning and talent platform focused on connecting upskilled local talent with hiring companies. The role involves attracting recruitment partners, proposing digital recruitment solutions, and managing initiatives that bridge talent with employers in a tech-driven market.

You will provide career consultation, support talent acquisition for digital enterprises, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive recruitment growth across TAM and enterprise

Formación

• University degree is a minimum requirement.
• At least 2 years' B2B infocomm solutions sales or talent recruitment experience in technology.
• Experience with recruitment technology and IT domains (Infrastructure, Data Analytics, ERP).
• Experience in a technology start-up environment is preferred.
• Familiarity or established network in the technology industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Attract new recruitment partners and manage existing partners to meet hiring needs.
• Propose and implement digitalized recruitment solutions to enhance workplace productivity.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment initiatives including employer branding, outreach, networking, candidate shortlisting, selection and hiring.
• Generate leads, engage in sales activities, and manage client accounts to drive recruitment business growth.
• Collaborate with learning delivery and digital marketing teams to execute go-to-market strategies for digital capability development in clients.
• Target hiring companies to support omni-channel marketing, tech-enabled operations, intelligent business solutions, and secure modern workplaces.
• Provide career consultation and development advisory to candidates to align their skills with job specifications and client requirements.
• Source and match suitable candidates for roles across talent acquisition, contingent workforce, talent incubation, and talent development consulting segments.
