Job summary

QUALCOMM GLOBAL TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled engineer to drive validation and test activities for Digital SOC development from planning through high-volume manufacturing.

You will work closely with SOC design, SW/system, and PE/PM/PdM to validate on ATE, SLT and bench, ensuring power and performance targets are met in rapid cycles. The role collaborates with Test Engineering, SLT and bench teams to develop robust HVM test solutions and requires strong cross-functional collaboration,

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital SOC development from planning to HV manufacturing.
• Experience in ATE/SLT test coverage and test HW development.
• Experience in data analytics / statistics.
• Experience in product reliability qualification (ESD/LU, HTOL and Package Qual) and ATE system correlation for power and performance.
• Experience in project updates to upper management and cross-functional teams; stakeholder & risk management.

Responsibilities

• Validate Digital SOC chip on ATE, SLT and Bench.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering, SLT, and Bench to develop HVM Test Solution.
• Lead from project planning to execution on Digital SOC development.
• Coordinate with SW/System/Design/Process/Customer Engineering on power and performance tests.
