Job summary

Anter Consulting Pte. Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Digital Shopfloor Systems Support Engineer for a GMP manufacturing facility in Singapore.

You will manage the lifecycle of shopfloor systems such as MES and data historians, and support IT-OT integration with business users to deliver digital solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with MES, ERP, PI data historians (OSIsoft PI / AVEVA PI), strong IT-OT know-how, and a track record in incident, change and project management within

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience supporting shopfloor or manufacturing IT systems.
• Hands-on experience with MES, ERP, data historians (OSIsoft PI / AVEVA PI) and IIoT or plant connectivity platforms.
• Good knowledge of system architecture and IT-OT integration.
• Experience in incident management, change management, problem solving and project management.
• Experience in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing, with a strong understanding of industry standards and computer system validation requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with business users and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of shopfloor systems, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), data historians and system integrations.
• Provide day-to-day support to business users: troubleshooting, incident management and resolving system issues.
• Support IT-OT integration between shopfloor systems, automation, ERP and plant connectivity platforms.
• Manage changes to systems through structured change management, in line with GxP and validation requirements.
• Identify and drive improvements to shopfloor system support processes and performance.
• Support application management and governance processes and activities.
• Provide project management and solution expertise for the delivery and improvement of digital solutions.
• Work with Manufacturing, Quality, IT, Automation and vendors to keep systems reliable, compliant and well documented.
